Sunday 20th December…Today I learnt something from my feelings and emotions. Today for the first time, in a while there was a internal feeling of harmony. No feelings of resistance, only a feeling of harmony.
What is ‘Harmony Day’ this is the day before ‘Winter Solstice’, today is a unique astrologicalday ….what I learnt is all the planets are aligned.
I felt this today, whilst bathing in a Gong bath, has the Gong worked through my Chakra’s, I heard a voice gently chanting ‘Harmony’, ‘Harmony’, ‘Harmony’. Inhaling deeply, exhaling deeply in these transitional times, we can only meditate on finding ‘Harmony’, Harmony of thoughts action and reaction.
So let’s begin Winter Solstice with ‘Harmony‘.
After all the definition of ‘Harmony’ is an agreement, is the the sound of things that go well together….Music, People, Ideas, thoughts.
