Sat nam! It’s ‘Good Friday’…it’s been a long week it seems to me, even though there was an official bank holiday. I woke up gently this morning…to my Internal ‘Human Body Energy Clock’, which was inviting me to meditate and drink water. I accept these invites as I end up feeling tired and lethargic from just tossing and turning.

I also like this clock to, which explains how the internal organs rest and work…between our sleeps and activity.
I find my practice and wellbeing benefit from a glance to reference to my ‘mood and body functions.’
The kriya I have began for the next 40 days, ‘Nabhi Kriya’ to activate my 3rd Chakra and strengthen and develop my navel point.
